What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with premium soy wax blended with carefully selected fragrance oils and botanical essential oils. We prioritize high-quality ingredients to deliver the best scent experience.
How long do your candles burn?
Our standard candles (200g) burn for approximately 40-50 hours. Large candles (400g) burn for 80-100 hours. Always trim the wick to 5mm before each use for optimal burn time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Thailand. International shipping is coming soon. Join our newsletter for updates on international availability.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Please contact us at mkt@moosepine.com or LINE @themoose to initiate a return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping delivers within 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over ฿1,500.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! We use sustainable soy wax, recyclable glass vessels, FSC-certified packaging materials, and we plant a tree for every 100 orders placed.
Can I customize a fragrance for events or gifts?
Absolutely! We offer custom labeling and bespoke fragrance creation for corporate gifts, weddings, and special events. Contact us for a consultation.
How should I care for my reed diffuser?
Flip the reeds every 1-2 weeks for consistent fragrance. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Our diffusers last approximately 2-3 months.
Do you offer wholesale/B2B pricing?
