What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with premium soy wax blended with carefully selected fragrance oils and botanical essential oils. We prioritize high-quality ingredients to deliver the best scent experience.
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles come in one size — 240 g of wax — and burn for approximately 40-50 hours. Always trim the wick to 5mm before each use for optimal burn time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Thailand. International shipping is coming soon. Join our newsletter for updates on international availability.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is "exchange, no refund" — we do not issue refunds in any case, but we will replace the item free of charge if it arrives damaged or you received the wrong product. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos via mkt@moosepine.com or LINE @themoose (see our exchange policy page for details).
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping on every order across Thailand — no minimum. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, with express delivery in 1-2 business days.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! We use sustainable soy wax, recyclable glass vessels, FSC-certified packaging materials, and we plant a tree for every 100 orders placed.
Can I customize a fragrance for events or gifts?
Absolutely! We offer custom labeling and bespoke fragrance creation for corporate gifts, weddings, and special events. Contact us for a consultation.
How should I care for my reed diffuser?
Flip the reeds every 1-2 weeks for consistent fragrance. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Our 100 ml reed diffusers last about 60–90 days, depending on use and placement.
Do you offer wholesale/B2B pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), PromptPay QR code, and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
