Shipping Options

Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Gift Wrapping
All orders come beautifully packaged. For a special touch, add a gift message during checkout at no extra cost. Premium gift boxes are available for selected products.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
