We now ship our candles, diffusers and fragrances beyond Thailand. Here is everything you need to know before you order from abroad.

We currently ship to five destinations, with more to come:
Carriers
Thailand Post EMS World
Economical tracked airmail. Best value for candles, sachets and car perfume. 5–10 business days.
DHL Express
Fast, fully tracked courier. Required for alcohol-based products, available for everything. 1–4 business days.
Reed diffusers & room sprays ship by DHL only
These contain alcohol and are classed as a flammable liquid (UN1266), so they can only travel by air as dangerous goods through DHL. If your cart contains a reed diffuser or room spray, EMS is hidden automatically and only DHL is offered.
How shipping is priced
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your destination and the total weight of your order, then charged at the carrier’s rate. Pick your carrier (EMS or DHL) and see the exact price before you pay. Domestic Thailand orders remain free.
Import duties & taxes (DDU)
Prices exclude any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These, if any, are paid by the recipient on arrival (DDU / DAP). Thresholds vary by country — Hong Kong and Singapore are usually the simplest.
Payment
International orders are paid securely by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through Stripe, charged in Thai Baht (THB). PromptPay and cash on delivery are available for Thailand only.
How to order from abroad

Fill in your international address and pick a carrier (EMS or DHL).

Pay by card — we prepare your parcel with a commercial invoice / CN22 customs form.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I ship a reed diffuser or room spray overseas?+
Yes — but only by DHL, because they contain alcohol (UN1266). EMS cannot carry them by air. The checkout handles this automatically.
Will I pay import tax?+
Possibly, depending on your country and order value. Any import duties/taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery (DDU). We declare the true value and HS codes on the customs documents.
How long does delivery take?+
EMS is roughly 5–10 business days; DHL Express is roughly 1–4. Customs clearance can add time in some countries.
What currency am I charged in?+
Always Thai Baht (THB). Your bank converts to your local currency at their rate.
