These contain alcohol (UN1266 flammable liquid), so they can only fly as dangerous goods via DHL Express — regular airmail is prohibited. Our checkout handles this automatically. Candles, scented sachets and car perfume ship by either carrier.

Malaysia may apply a low-value goods tax (~10%) and/or duties depending on order value. Any charges due are paid by the recipient on arrival (DDU) — our prices exclude them.

How long does delivery to Malaysia take?+
Thailand Post EMS takes roughly 5–10 business days to Malaysia; DHL Express takes roughly 1–4 business days. Every parcel is tracked door-to-door.
Can I order reed diffusers or room sprays to Malaysia?+
Yes — but they ship by DHL Express only, because they contain alcohol (UN1266 flammable liquid) and cannot air-ship by regular post. Our checkout applies this automatically. Candles, sachets and car perfume ship by either EMS or DHL.
What currency do I pay in?+
Your card is charged in Thai Baht (THB) via Stripe. Prices on the site can be displayed as approximate MYR for reference.
Will Malaysian customs charge me tax?+
Possibly — Malaysia may apply ~10% tax on imported goods depending on value. If charged, it is collected from you on delivery (DDU). Our prices exclude Malaysian taxes.
