Vietnam applies ~10% VAT and possibly duty on imported goods, with a low tax-free threshold. Any charges due are paid by the recipient on arrival (DDU) — our prices exclude them.

Thailand Post EMS takes roughly 5–10 business days to Vietnam; DHL Express takes roughly 1–4 business days. Every parcel is tracked door-to-door.
Can I order reed diffusers or room sprays to Vietnam?+
Yes — but they ship by DHL Express only, because they contain alcohol (UN1266 flammable liquid) and cannot air-ship by regular post. Our checkout applies this automatically. Candles, sachets and car perfume ship by either EMS or DHL.
What currency do I pay in?+
Your card is charged in Thai Baht (THB) via Stripe. Prices on the site can be displayed as approximate VND for reference.
Will I pay import tax in Vietnam?+
